As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of marketing strategy and execution, strengthen our brand presence, and help drive customer and merchant acquisition.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels, campaigns, and partnerships. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to build campaigns that deliver measurable growth while maintaining a strong, trusted brand. This role suits someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable working in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support customer and merchant growth
  • Manage digital marketing channels including paid media, email, social media, and content marketing
  • Develop and maintain brand positioning and messaging across all platforms
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data and insights
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and sales teams to support launches and partner initiatives
  • Manage external agencies and marketing vendors where required
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment
  • Support PR, events, and partnership marketing opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Proven experience running performance-driven marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes

Education & Language Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or certification in Fintech, Compliance, or Project Management.
  • Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in BNPL, payments, or consumer finance
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
