Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to be the voice of CanPay. You'll support our users, merchants and customers by resolving issues, answering enquiries, and delivering exceptional service that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, social media, and chat
  • Resolve complaints or challenges with respect, empathy, and efficiency
  • Educate customers on how to use CanPay’s platform and features
  • Liaise with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Operations) to ensure timely solutions
  • Track, report, and escalate recurring issues to improve service quality
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Competencies Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM systems, live chat software, etc.)
  • Must know how to use Microsoft Word
  • Empathetic, solution-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Experience in fintech or e-commerce is an added advantage

Education & Language Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Diploma certificate in any field (Degree is a plus)
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required
